Tea is not returnable after it is shipped because it cannot be re-sold to other customers. We take food safety very seriously, and we know you do too!
Additionally, we are building an ethical supply chain from-scratch focused on small-batch, seed-to-soul production with a steadfast commitment to impact sourcing, for all these reasons, we are unable to accept opened or unopened tea products at this time.
If you believe that your product is defective, please return it to us for inspection within 10 days of your purchase along with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the issue.
We will accept a return or exchange of unused and unopened products in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Before returning a product, please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, consider gifting your tea accessory to someone who would appreciate it (who doesn’t like to receive a nice, unexpected gift?).
